I can't fully express what a joy it is to play golf in my new Otabo's. For the first time ever, I have balance and support in my golf swing. I've walked several big courses this summer, including
Winged Foot, in them and my feet weren't tired afterwards. On top of all that, the girls I play with all loved them and wanted to know where they could get their feet scanned. Once again, thank you and I really do love my Otabo's. I'll be ordering more soon.

Let me tell you, once again, obviously the shoes you make are very special but to me, the personalized treatment that I received from you, made me feel that this was not a mechanized transaction run by robots but had a human involvement and connection. From the consumer's position, that is very important. I don't know if it happens to every client or I just lucked out. If it is not SOP, I urge you to make it so. Thanks again and understand that I have no intention of ever purchasing any other shoes than Otabo and have already started to tell my friends about you.

Here is the best feedback I can give you...I bought the first pair more as a trial to see if your claims held true...since then I have purchased my second, third, fourth and fifth pair of your shoes and I expect to be purchasing at least one more pair shortly. As your shoes arrive I give my old shoes to the Salvation Army never to be seen, or worn, again.

I just obtained my second pair of Otabo shoes. The first pair was about 2 years ago. The initial experience on the second pair was the same as the first; they belong to your feet. No breaking period. I am impressed the two year old shoes held up far better than my typical brand, Johnston Murphy. I'm a salesman, lots of trade shows. The shoes are great. Fashionable and Functional. Worth the investment.

Dear Mr. Crary,
I'm writing to express my deepest gratitude to you for nearly saving my life. Allow me to explain. A little over twenty years ago, I was in a motorcycle accident. Broadsided by a pickup truck, I sustained multiple broken bones, etc. One of the wounds was a compound ankle fracture, which was reasonably mended. But even after all these years, if I have to stand for long periods of time it becomes very painful. My profession as a musician, specifically a bass player, more often than not requires me to stand. Sometimes for 4 or 5 hours at a time, also usually having to load equipment in & out of the venue. The custom Otabo shoes you made for me are life savers! For the first time in 20 years, I do not dread the expected standing time, for the sake of my feet. Right out of the box, these were the most comfortable shoes I have ever worn. I look forward to the next opportunity I have to wear them. And they are quite good-looking, too. Often I have to wear a tuxedo, and the Otabo’s accessorize nicely. Many of my fellow musicians have commented on their appearance. I've decided I need another pair to wear for the less formal gigs. Thank you for your skill & craftsmanship. No exaggeration: It has changed my life.
