IMPORTANT NOTICES
Internship Opportunities
Positions for internships will be posted throughout the year. Due to the number of inquiries we receive, candidates will not receive a response without complete application materials listed in each job description. Minimum internship requirement is 3 months. Preference is given to applicants receiving school credit.
Hiring Scams
Fake job offers are a common internet scam designed to scam people out of money that they believe is being paid towards travel, visas, or office equipment for a new job.
In order to be considered for a job at Otabo, you must be in communication with an employee owning an otabo.com email address and have been interviewed in person. If you receive emails regarding job opportunities from someone who is not an Otabo employee or from an email address without an otabo.com domain, if you interviewed over the phone or chat, or have been offered a job without interviewing at an Otabo location, it is a scam.
Hiring scams should be reported to The Internet Crime Complaint Center (IC3). The IC3 is a partnership between the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI), the National White Collar Crime Center (NW3C), and the Bureau of Justice Assistance (BJA).
