This a unique and specialized project management role that requires strong participation in evaluating new brands and collections, with the goal of supporting client acquisition and using your experiences with lead interactions to develop marketing content and consulting products and services. Projects associated with this role include client lead and product assessments; web development and analytics; blog and social media content management; education and consulting process and materials creation. Our ideal candidate is both creative and analytical, and has a keen understanding of data-driven decision making. Strong project management skills and a desire for continued learning are crucial to success in this role.

This position will train under our Chief Production Officer and CEO with the support of fellow Trade Associates. Manufacturing projects will be focused primarily on startup and small business client accounts. You will play a supporting role in evaluating new collections for manufacturing viability and brands for long term potential. Marketing projects will be primarily focused on website, Startup Shop products, PR and social media. You will be responsible for managing web developers, SEO advisors and creative contractors - graphic designers, photographers, copywriters - to complete projects and provide oversight on ongoing assignments. We recommend reviewing the Trade Associate job description to better understand the roles of the key team members you will be working with. Candidate must be amenable and able to travel occasionally and work across multiple time zones.
